It is not easy to put into words something that I do since I was a kid.

I reflected on my #Erasmus experience in #Salford, where I had the chance to use a personal blanc space; I used it in many ways, as a meeting space, a photostudio or just as a quiet place for meditation. But what enjoyed most of all was the wall I kept as a place to tape up pictures, a place to doodle and everything I had in my mind. It really allowed me to develop my visions without judgments or limitations. I'm not sure why I feel the impulse to draw and doodle to reflect; even when I'm listening to someone (ex. lectures) I istinctively do it to stay focused and deeply assorb the content. The fact is that for me it works as a coadjuvant to get into things. Expose to the public domain those pages means to expose myself and somehow feeling vulnerable, but it is also a reflective moment to observe myself drawing on the wall, deepening the way I work and reflect on how I let flow my thoughts.

A creative mind is a garden to take care of, a muscle to train, a personal universe to explore. Music, positive mind, meditation and time managing are essential to get results, but it is not everything.

Personally I include the act of doodling into a writed context, as a visual reminder of what impressed me, is relevant in the discourse or even to help me in a reflection.

In this example I can see how I use a quick skatch to remind me a discourse related to an image. It is a very quick draw because I'm taking notes of a speech, but from that I can remind an inteir concept.

Make time for others you're curious or interested about, treat yourself with a te and a slice of cake. Give yourself a break is the only way to do not overcharge your brain. Knowledge is the brain's food and this is a good tip to well digest what you learnt.

Do things with good vibes is important also because the attitude influences people's perception. If people do not feel confortable with sincere good vibes, they do not trust you and invesigate can be very hard.
